High contrast urban geometry in public / private places.
Photographed in early 2010 when the burgeoning “iPhoneography” scene was coming to light, City Square looks at private / public spaces and the interactions within. The images in this collection capture an afternoon in the financial district of Vancouver, BC where workers come out for some sun and a short break from their inside world.
Composed and edited entirely ‘in camera’ on an iPhone 3GS using Hipstamatic lenses and film. Printed at the LP size of 12×12″ and presented without matte in square black frames.
